Schedule:
- Monday – Thursday, 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM
- Half-hour unpaid lunch break
- Opportunity for overtime on Fridays as needed

Job Overview
The Wiring and Decking Technician is responsible for the final assembly stage of trailer production. This includes wiring lights and brakes, installing pressure-treated wood decking, performing touch-up paint, and applying final decals. The ideal candidate is precise, safety-focused, and comfortable with heavy lifting and the use of power tools.
Job Responsibilities
- Install and connect all trailer wiring, including lights and brake systems.
- Cut, fit, and secure pressure-treated wood decking using saws and power tools.
- Drill accurate holes and measure precisely for decking installation.
- Perform touch-up painting and apply final decals and safety stickers.
- Inspect completed work to ensure trailers meet company quality and DOT standards.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
- Follow all safety rules and regulations.
- Work as part of a team and complete tasks as assigned by the Supervisor.
- Perform other duties as needed to support production.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Previous experience in wiring, carpentry, or trailer/automotive assembly preferred (will train the right candidate).
- Ability to read and use basic measuring tools accurately.
- Ability to stand for up to 10 hours/day.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 75 lbs.
- Comfortable using saws, drills, and other power tools.
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team environment.
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening and be subject to random drug testing.Must be able to work safely in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
